The equipment is specially designed for the dehydration of all kinds of agricultural and sideline products. Such as: Rose, carrot, Korea food, lily, spinach, parsley, fern, onion, mountain vegetable, cowpea, bean, potato slices, matsutake, letinous edodes, mushrooms, Auricularia, chrysanthemum, garlic, bamboo shoots, ginger, herbs, chili and other agricultural and sideline products.

The device is mainly composed of heating system, main body of drying room, air inlet, circulating fan, dehumidifying system, intelligent control instrument and so on. After heating the heating pipe, the circulating fan sends the hot air into the material chamber, and then through the full range of multi angle hot air circulation, the moisture in the material is excited out. Then the wet air is forced out through the wet exhaust fan, and the cold air is inhaled from the outside, and the newly added cold air is sent to the material chamber after being heated and passed into the material room. Through the heating, the new air air is sent into the material room and passes through the material room. In the above cycle process, fresh and wet materials are dried to meet the requirements of the agricultural products under the temperature and humidity set according to the technological conditions.

1) heating system

2) ventilation and wetting system
